Recent emails and blogging with new Christians in my family has prompted to me to make the leap from my current informal and private ministry of prayer, to this more formal and public prayer "ministry". I guess if I say I have a ministry, then I do ---So, I do! But, truth in advertising...I'm self-appointed ministerially. (My Mother is giggling right now because "self-appointed" is an inside joke in my family with regard to me) I want to serve the Lord. I want to be obedient to the word of God. I want to pray for you!
Please understand that my "ministry" has lots of people in need of prayer, so that's not why I'm doing this. I still and always need more people to pray for. Since I'm only one gal, as the ministry grows, I will need prayer-ers. So, if you need prayer for something, tell me. And, if you want to pray along with me for real requests, tell me.

Did you know...
...that I was going to be a Sunday School Curriculum writer when I grew up? Yep. It is true.
I attended Biola University and I graduated with a B.S. in Christian Education. In the event someone out there in blogland ever needs Sunday school materials - I'm ready. In the interim, I use these skills each and every time I give my "Herbs of the Bible" presentation.
...that I am a Pastor's daughter? A Preacher's kid? Yep. It's true. However, my father's retired now and so I am wondering if that means I've retired too?
...that I accepted the Lord as my personal Lord and Savior at the tender age of 5, sitting at the breakfast table with my Mother? Yep, this is true too. So, as I plummet downhill to the age of 50 soon, I will also be celebrating 45 years of living a faith-based life! 50's not so bad when I look at it that way!
